Sadie
I have been practicing Holistic Therapies for over 25 years, and this naturally led me onto the path of Yoga and Meditation over the past few years. I have always though it important to work on the Mind, Body and Spirit as a whole to gain the perfect balance. My Yoga sessions are based on the traditional path and am particularly passionate about my Yoga and Meditation Managing Menopause Workshops, which focus on the day to day trials of the Menopause and what we can do at home on a daily basis to move through this period of out lives as smoothly as possible.

Anna
Anna’s passion for cooking was driven initially by a passion for eating. Over the years she has catered for shoot lunches, private dinners, catalogue location shoots, and helped behind the scenes for weddings, funerals and pretty much everything in between. Preparing food using local ingredients wherever possible - especially the beef grown by her husband - in her 5* rated farmhouse kitchen, Anna endeavours to embrace the seasons in her menus. She has never practiced yoga but does have enormous faith in the power of a good home cooked meal followed by a sound night’s sleep!
